KWALITEITSBELEID

 

 

Alle medewerkers van Straalco klein verbinden zich ertoe onderstaand kwaliteitsbeleid elke dag opnieuw waar te maken :

 

Straalco Klein voert volgende behandelingen uit : automatisch staalstralen en aanbrengen van roestwerende primers.

 

Om een kwalitatief hoogwaardige behandeling te kunnen aanbieden, die voldoet aan de verwachtingen van onze klanten, is onze organisatie zodanig gestructureerd dat al de factoren, die de kwaliteit beïnvloeden, doelmatig worden beheerst.

 

In dit verband beoogt onze kwaliteitspolitiek volgende doelstellingen :

 

  • Het vlot aandragen van de ideale technische oplossing voor het probleem van de klant en dit ev. staven met de nodige technische documentatie.

  • De materialen - en documentenstroom dermate beheersen dat de klant zijn producten afhaal klaar zijn op het afgesproken tijdstip en dit met een minimum aan fouten.

  • Continu streven naar kwaliteitsverbeteringen om langetermijnrelaties op - en uit te bouwen met onze klanten, onze leveranciers en onze medewerkers.

 

Het realiseren van deze doelstellingen is alleen mogelijk, indien alle medewerkers, op elk niveau in onze onderneming hun mogelijk deel hiertoe bijdragen.

De leidraad bij dit streven wordt gevormd door het kwaliteitshandboek, bijhorende procedures, verantwoordelijkheden en werkinstructies, toegespitst op onze specifieke activiteiten. 

QUALITY POLICY

 

All employees of Straalco Klein unite in again implementing the quality policy below each day:

 

Straalco Klein provides the following treatments: automatic steel blasting and the application of anti-corrosion primers.

 

To be able to offer highest quality treatments that satisfy the expectations of our clients, our organisation is structured in such a way that all factors affecting quality are efficiently controlled.

 

In this respect our quality policy aims at the following objectives:

  • The speedy identification of the ideal technical solution to the client's problem, and any substantiation with the necessary technical documentation.

  • The material and document flow are controlled so that the client's products are ready for collection at the agreed time with a minimum of faults.

  • Continuous endeavours for quality improvements, to build and expand long-term relationships with our clients, our suppliers and employees.

 

The achieving of these objectives is only possible if all employees, at every level in our company, make their contributions to this end.

The guiding principle for these endeavours is the quality manual, associated procedures, and responsibilities and work instructions aimed at our specific activities.
